Description:
The National Capital Commission approached MCLD prior to the year 2000 celebrations to come up with a significant lighting statement for Parliament Hill to mark the turn of the millennium and provide a festive atmosphere for the holiday season. MCLD came up with a design proposal to project images on the building, which was a very innovative thing to do for the time. The special holiday lighting which MCLD provided was reinstituted for the next 15 years, marking the holiday celebration on Parliament Hill.
