Description:
MCLD was engaged to provide architectural lighting design for the construction of the new James Flaherty building on Elgin between Slater and Albert. Our mandate was to provide a dynamic lighting design to create a presence for the building at night. Key to the design was use of floodlighting at the mechanical suite on the top floor, which can be seen from many locations, a landmark in Ottawa.
